Vaccinations

We are strong believers in the effectiveness and the safety of vaccinations at Vitae Family Care Clinic. We believe the evidence overwhelmingly shows the benefits of vaccines outweigh the risks. As a community we are seeing some population changes, as well as seeing more families decide to selectively vaccinate. This lessens the strength of herd immunity – which protects those who are unable to be vaccinated or are still too young to be vaccinated.

CDC recommended schedule (birth to 6 years) (7-18 years).

If at any time you have questions or concerns regarding your child’s health, one of our physicians will be glad to discuss them with you.

Well-Child Care

At each well-child check-up, we will measure your child’s weight, height, and pertinent vital signs. We will have growth charts available at your request. A complete physical examination and thorough history will be performed, and you will have an opportunity to discuss any questions or concerns that you have regarding your child.
