We are available 24/7 for current patients as an alternative to ER/Urgent Care visits.

Existing Patients:

If you are an existing patient, please call 515.225.3261 (ext. 1) to discuss your concern with the on-call physician. The on-call physician will work to diagnose and provide a care plan. In some cases, the on-call physician may decide a physical visit or higher level of care is required.

New Patients:

For new patients, please call to schedule an appointment during normal office hours at (515) 225-3261. Urgent Care is only provided for existing patients.
